I am a creative, experienced Art Director, Designer, and Library Associate who recently relocated to Stirling, UK from the United States. Now settled with full work rights under a spousal visa, I bring over 20 years of diverse experience in marketing, design, visual merchandising, event planning, program development, project management, and customer service. My strengths lie in retail display and packaging design, branding, marketing strategy, and expert-level talent in hand illustration, painting, and crafting—all supported by excellent skills in organization.
A math nerd turned artist and designer, I thrive where creativity meets structure. Budgets excite me, intricate die cuts and packaging specifications fascinate me, and nothing energizes me more than a perfect pairing of color theory and typeface. I walked away from a full teaching scholarship to pursue art school because the creativity of worksheet and bulletin board layout was the most enjoyable thing for me. I realized there must be a career for that and switched my major to Advertising, Marketing, & Graphic Design. The rest is colorful, creative history. Two decades, countless cups of black coffee, and a wonderful career later, I'm still directing, designing, and illustrating a life that I love.
